We collect your personal information in order to satisfy the requirements of the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand and the NZ Companies office and associated entities and to complete your Tax Filing requirements
We do not share this information with anyone but only use it to satisfy the Tax Filing obligations and NZ Companies Office.
If you choose not to provide us with the required information then we will be unable to act for you.
We keep your information safe by storing in a secure office and on a secure sever and only allowing our staff to access it.
We keep your information for ten years at which point we securely destroy it by shredding or burning it and securely erasing all electronic data.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
